Parque El Cañuelo
Description
El Cañuelo Park is the ideal place to visit if your intention is to walk and enjoy the tranquility that nature transmits. A municipal construction of the City Council of Gelves that is located around the mannerist entrance of an old water mine.
With a privileged location, this park is located south of the Cornisa del Aljarafe, near the current fairgrounds and pools Cañuelo. It is the southernmost of the three existing parks in Gelves.
Attractions
Its spaces lend themselves to rest, reading and conversation. In addition, its characteristic aquatic environment (natural springs, fountains and cisterns), makes its visitors feel at one with the wonderful green nature.
In addition to its greenish landscape, the 16th century architecture is also a showy feature, with the trench that gives access to the water catchment area acting as a front stage.
